About First Time Buyer Workshop

Our experience is that most people know a little about buying their first home, but very few people actually understand the process thoroughly. There are a lot of misconceptions out there. If you don't understand the process fully you can make mistakes and put yourself under a lot of stress and pressure. There is nowhere to get all the information.

In 2016 we started to provide free workshops to first time buyers. Our aim is to give information and knowledge about the purchase process which is accurate, factual and based on our many years of experience . 

At the end of the evening you should have the knowledge and information you need to go out to the market with confidence.

Our expertise

We've been first time buyers ourselves and we know the pressures and stresses that come with securing your first home. We've done it while paying for childcare and bringing up a family so we genuinely understand where first time buyers are coming from. It's not easy.

When we started, we had no guidance and we had to figure it all out for ourselves. Looking back now we can see how little we knew because we didn't work in this area of law at the time.

We opened our firm in 2001 and we've been dealing with residential conveyancing since day one. We've been there through the boom, the bust and back again so there's not much we haven't seen.

We've come a long way! And we'd like to share our extensive knowledge and experience with you.
